I cannot remove this trojan horse! Please help!?

I know I asked this question before, but none of the answers were helpful :(. I tried spybot, spyware doctor, I fully updated Norton AntiVirus and redid the full system scan, but its still there, Norton cant remove it from an unsupported file. It let me review it though, heres the page:http://securityresponse.symantec.com/sec...

And here is an image of what Norton shows after it finishes the scan: http://aycu22.webshots.com/image/16781/2...

Are you running Webroot Spysweeper If you have this software, uncheck the load at startup and reboot.

If this does not work do a free panda scan %26 come back to us with the results:

Are you sure this is not a false detection resulting from a recent Norton AntiVirus Update.

Get ADAWARE from www.lavasoftusa.com Runs that (Adaware peronal version is Free)

also get and run SPYBOT S%26D from www.spybot.org

Once you have run each of these (update each before runnings, option on front screen of both of them) you should be clear again.

Between them it should get it
That first link of yours has a method of manual removal,

did you try that?

Restart your pc into safemode only(no networking) scan your system, delete this trojan when detected, and restart. If it reappears once you have rebooted normally, then it is memory resident, which means no matter how many times you get rid of it,will recreate itself once you restart because it exists in the pc memory. If this is the case, then power down unplug from power source, pop the bios battery from motherboard(shiny round, look like a quarter) after a few minutes,re-install battery, and powerup pc,
1) go to windows/system directory
