Hi there....I have read the other suggestions and most are correct..however...without some type of protection on your computer...YOU...will get unwanted problems that can and do effort your computer performance. I can suggest a great/ free download, that I have on my computer. Spybot, Search and Destroy. This program will search your computer for Spyware/Adware/Malware/Trojans/Worms/Hij... and other troublesome items that may be in your Programs or your Windows, so it searches everything, and looks for what shouldn't be there. Even if you have a good Anti-Virus program on your computer, some of the above problem items, can get by and that's why YOU need added protection on your computer. Your problem sounds like the Trojan is in your Windows and not in a Program on your computer and that's why YOU can't get rid of it. You can't get rid of your Windows that easily as you can a Program....My girlfriend had the same problem and her Trojan was in the Windows and Spybot, Search and Destroy located it and we fixed that ''Bad Boy''...
