when i press ctrl. alt and delete it shows I have 37 programs running. When I checked what some of these 'programs' were it says they are trojans and should not be on the system. Yet I have run spyware doctor and it says the system is fine? any help on deleting the trojans would be helpful.
p.s. I also have norton which doesn't show anything and their website is no use to me as it is too confusing.

Look honestly this problem is not easy to solve and sometimes it can't be solved unless you formatted the PC.
