Go to http://download.com and look for trojan removing programs for your particular OS there. There are shareware, free and for sale progams that you can pick from. When you find one you like download it and SAVE it as a zipfile on your desktop.
Disconnect from the net, reboot in Safe Mode and install the program by clicking on it and following instructions. Reconnect to the net and reboot, then UPDATE the program(s) you've installed. Then RUN them to clean up your computer.
You might see if there is still a shareware prog called Trojan Remover by Soft Reef. It will stay active long enough for you to clean your puter.
I use on a regular basis: Avast! Anti-virus by Alwil, Spybot Search %26 Destroy and Ad-Aware se Personal by Lavasoft. They're ALL FREE!!! I've had GREAT results with this combo for several years!
